Great service and help from Karyn, I would recommend a visit to Tradelink Enoggera.
Very poor service from trade counter, go across the road to Reece for way better service. Check your bags before you leave, staff putting incorrect items in and missing items also, when call, they blame you for loosing it, then told it had fallen out of the bag in-storemust have jumped out of a half full bag, waited three hours for them to drop off, calling twice, never turned up and still charged for the item. Reece delivered in 15 minutes.
Walked in with my mother who's buying a whole brand new bathroom. The sales lady looked up and made eye contact but no hello etc. We walk around sussing stuff out. Not once out of 2 staff were we actually acknowledged properly or offered service. Sadly we left due to this behaviour and will be investing the finances elsewhere.
From the first time I walked in to Tradelink Enoggera Rachael & Valerie were incredibly welcoming & helpful. I ended up liaising with Rachael for the purchase of a beautiful vanity, sink & mirror cabinet. Rachael kept me updated every step of the way with my order's progression as a couple of my items were custom made. Highly recommended you take a look at Tradelink Enoggera for any bathroom & kitchen needs.
I did the drive between the stores looking at the options for the fittings and fixtures I needed. After all the research work, I went back to Tradelink Enoggera and bought everything there purely because the best advice and most help came from one of their staff members, Rachael. Absolute stand out from the other stores for helpful service and knowledge!!
I didnt want to write this review but I realise i have to so staff can improve. My sale person is Valarie she was very helpful when we are in store however once I place the order I have never any confirmation to what I have order. We place order since September 2020 most of stuffs are ok exep basin mixer that we order 5 of them. we got only 3 sink black outside and white on the inside that are in correct but we dont remember what was the colour when we order it because we never get any confirmation from salesperson. These 3 sinks arrive and 2 are missing and once the 2 sinks arrive it came in white on the outside and black on the inside which is correct one that we order. However if it is order 5 of them in the first place correctly we should received the same sink and we gave so much time when we order. We only need sinks in late January 2021 and we need the house to complete to be able to move in and completed all the bank requirements. So i went in store to see Valaries again and place more orders and I am told that it will arrive within 7-10 business day. Again I have to chase Valarie up for my sinks and extra order and 7-10 business day passed my order didn't arrive. I chased her up for my again she apologies and say she will check and she keep going about her personal problem. After 5-10 minute long conversation I find out that she didn't even check they what i orders she can order or if they have any stocks. So now I lose 2 weeks of extra accessory and the builder finish the job without it. So the sinks arrive on 5 Feb 2021 after the house completed and we have 2 sinks that are not the same in the house.I just want to tell her that if she didn't want to take any order or she is very busy she should just pass it on to someone else or we could of go to our local tradelink to order it. We drove from Holland Park west to Enoggera to order every things maybe 3 story house is not enough business for her to really look after us. Yes she mention that she will be looking for another job but I would like to tell her that she need to improve and be organise. From this problem cost us extra 3 weeks airbnb rental at $1000 a week so I would like your company to see how frustrated we have. I will see if anyone from company will get back to me.
Just made an emergency purchase of tapware from the new shop/showroom in Enoggera. Valerie was incredibly helpful, chasing all the suppliers and other shops for something immediately available in the style and price range I was after. Happy to recommend Valerie and Tradelink Enoggera.
Had a broken tap. Instead of selling me a tap I thought I needed, Valerie was honest and told me the differences between the taps and that it would be better to have a plumber take a look. Honesty when providing service meant I went back and they got the sale.
When I left one of my purchases and the invoice on her desk just minutes before closing time on a Saturday, Valerie moved heaven and earth to get them to me before the plumber arrived to fit them on Monday morning. Honestly, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I won't even rate this store, as a simple job that should have taken me about an hour has ended up cost me just over 2.5 hours because of the staffs lack of service at this store today The item I wanted to get should have been sold to me from here and replaced it from another store For some weird reason I couldn't buy it Lets hope the future looks brighter as other branches certainly want to help in any way they can and assist in selling and replacing it from other stores I am amazed at the situation and won't walk in here again until I get a possible all clear it's changed I had to rate one what a waste! Near to half a day wasted of my time because of this weird game of not selling me one item and replacing it themselves.. I had to chase to my home branch.. I won't waste my time again here It's best for me to stick with my home branch store and others within this terrific company
