Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My wife went into the store to buy a bottle of wine. She unfortunately did not have her lisence with her and she asked the tall young guy behind the counter if she can get her husband me to show my license and buy the bottle from them, to which he agreed. I entered the store and jokingly thanked the gentleman for the compliment of implying that my wife now 29 years old was underage. He asked for my license, which I produced, but because my wife was also requested for her lisence which she did not have on her he denied the sale. We drove back home to get my wife’s license and she was further treated rudely by the staff. First and last time shopping here.
I have been going to this Liqourland since it opened as it is close to where I live. I have never had a bad experience until now. The tall dark haired girl is horrible! I asked her politely if they had a type of wine and she didn’t even make eye contact and blatantly said “no” and walked off. Then when she served me she was so abrupt I couldn’t wait to get out of there. She made me feel so uncomfortable! That being the reason I am only giving 2 stars. I doubt I will shop there again if she is working there.
Was going to spend about $200 at this liquorland store and the Indian guy working this morning denied sale. He asked for my ID, which I produced but because my wife accompanied me and did not have her licence on her he denied sale. First and last time shopping here. Will continue to support liquorland Chermside.
The taller girl - dark hair - doesn't ever greet you or smile. She looks like she resents working there and especially serving customers. The young guy with glasses is very chatty and friendly, but NOONE else!!
Aiden is amazing but the tall girl with dark hair is the worst. Doesn't greet you or smile, is not helful at all and looks like she hates her job. She is why I have gave it 2 stars.
Laurie is the greatest retail worker alive. I got to this store purely because of his product knowledge, friendly smile & upbeat conversation. Top service!
I take offence to receiving nothing but silence from the short blond girl and guy then literally the next guy in line gets a hello? What is it about how I look that doesn't deserve the basic Customer Service?

I'm just REALLY disappointed with this place. It is not the first time that happened to me. I've been living in the same suburb since 2016 coming to the same liquorland. Today they didn't want to sell me the alcohol even though I'm a regular customer. Just NO IDEA OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS!!!
This particular Liquorland is attached to the Coles supermarket at Alderly and provides a limited range alcoholic beverages. The weekly catalogue spells out the specials. Some of the items can be purchased chilled. The service is helpful and the checkout process is fast.
