Visiting this pharmacy is like stepping back in time to the days of good old fashioned service where the staff know you by name. My kids and I love coming here, having a ride on the vintage horse, and enjoying a chat with Kitty and along who has to be the friendliest retailers around. If I could give more stars, I would.
Friendliest and so helpful with full customer service. You do not get this high quality customer service and friendliness in the big chemists. Love going into this chemist.
Kitty and Linh are two of the loveliest people I’ve had the pleasure to meet. They are accommodating, kind and very caring. If you want a pleasant and non judgemental chemist experience this is the place to go!
This chemist is brilliant. The staff are fantastically friendly, provide the best service, go above and beyond to help customers and have been absolutely amazingly gentle and professional at giving Covid vaccines. I highly recommend them.
A great little local pharmacy but I wanted to put a script in after shopping at Coles but on Saturday it closes at 1.00 ocklock! So I missed it by an hr!
Very impressed with this pharmacy's friendly client service...twice already this year they've gone above and beyond to get my GP's prescription filled and delivered to my house within a couple of hours on the same day. It really helped me out in rough situations when I were both times unable to get to them in person. Naturally, being looked after this well, I've made a general phone inquiry regarding non-script items I needed, and again, they exceeded my expectation by offering to do home delivery free of charge! This is delivery service is super-convenient to me and I'll continue to use and recommend them to others.
I'm a pensioner and lack mobility. My prescriptions are delivered for a nominal fee. Lovely people, exceptional service. Thank you.

The staff are always very friendly, and delivered the flu vaccine with great expertise.
Judgemental and disgusting customer service. They lie to your face, waste your time and treat you like a piece of trash. I will now go out of my way to spread how repugnant they are.
