Fairly disappointed honestly. Went online to buy some brakes and rotors. Picked them up and went home.. realised the back pads I needed were already opened and the wrong ones were in the box.. like they just gave me someone else’s returned pads.nnWent back to now try and get this fixed on my weekend and told because it was an online order they’ll need me to buy the correct ones and I’ll be refunded for what I got in a few days.. fine whatever.. paid again.nnThen when I enquired as to what actually happened they couldn’t even take accountability and tried to give me the bs excuse that “ah.. website must have just glitched out..”
Top marks for both Repco and Gino in particular.nI had issues with my coolant dripping form the overflow bottle since purchasing a new bottle 10 months ago, and having it fitted by a third party. Have seen another two mechanics since then who couldn't find the cause .nGino had a look, agreed that it had a crack in it due to incorrect fitting.nRepco not only replaced the bottle, he also replaced it for me.nNo issues since.nWill be back.
Phoned through an order and promised parts that I needed in a hurry would arrive next day. I had a bad feeling about this as the fellow who took the order sounded quite disinterested. I went to the store next day and they had no record of my order and offered to reorder parts again. Told them in no uncertain terms that I had no faith in them and went elsewhere. Every time I have visited this store, the staff seem to not want to serve you and all seem to congregate behind the desk not doing anything and just ignore customers. I think I’ll give Repco a miss and just use Supercheap, Autobahn or Bursons, all of which offer better customer service.Its a shame they have deteriorated like this as Repco have been around for years.
5 staff, 3 customers. 10 minutes wait.....15....one customer walks out. Only a staff on counter. 2 on phone calls fair enough, they're customers too.nnOther 2 staff eating and chatting. 1:30 breaktime??
