We recently visited this plumbing supply showroom in search of some kitchenware. While the overall selection in that department was a bit lacking, what really made the experience stand out was the gentleman who helped us. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and gave us some great insights on other options, even though the showroom didn’t have exactly what we needed.
Showroom and products are great, however the staff and service is gravely lacking. We have been there a couple of times in the last month and the middle aged woman in the showroom has no customer service skills or product knowledge. Blank look on her face with pipe sizing for basic bathroom fittings and also had no idea when we asked her for specific items with pictures. Constant reliance on the back office phone call for basic items. Both times we went there, it’s like you’re disrupting her day on the computer doing other things, and no acknowledgement or friendly greeting when you walk in the store either. We thought maybe the first time she was having a bad day, but given the second time it was a carbon copy I’d say it’s who she is. We also saw her blatantly blame shift and dump on trade staff for a parts error she sold to another customer and took no responsibility to say sorry, let’s see how we can fix this for you. It was an eyebrow raising ‘wow’ moment to watch. After seeing her in action a second time with this behaviour we walked and took ourselves to another service provider.nReece - you have great products but please match this with front of house showroom staff and service at Enoggera!

Showroom open, found out prices on our own, but not a single sales person inside until we were walking out the door weren't even acknowledged. Poor, poor, won't be going back
I'm not a tradie, but I needed a bunch of pipe for a creative project and Ben at the trade counter was an absolute gem. 10/10
