My husband and I recently built our first home. I was very nervous about the flooring selection; Phil advised me on carpet colour, style and quality. Phil also came to measure at a time that was convenient for me. We decided on a beautiful wool carpet which makes our home feel high-end and luxurious but still with an affordable price tag! The kids love how soft it is and I love how durable it is. The installers did an excellent job!!
We have just had the flooring done in our third house and have used Enoggera Carpet Court each time. They do an exceptional job and the floors look amazing! We had hybrid flooring installed in our two investment properties and our home and they are long lasting, look great and easy to maintain! I would highly recommend Enoggera Carpet court! We recently had new carpets laid at our home and the quality of service and installation was first class. From the time I first spoke to Craig regarding carpet choices, to the final installation, the advice and communication given was outstanding and this gave my wife and I peace of mind that we were valued customers and fully supported through the process. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality floor laying service to call Enoggera Carpet Court.
Super impressed with the service I received. I was really unsure having not purchased carpet before. However, Hugh was professional and gave me expert advice. To which I felt confident in my purchase. He was able to organise installation and worked around my busy schedule. Would highly recommend.
Would like to thank the team at Enoggera Carpet Court. Hugh was excellent in helping me choose the right floor vinyl plank for my home. He explained everything upfront and explained about floor preparation that would be needed. Would absolutely recommend this shop!
Requested install on a vacant investment property - Very disappointed with Hugh the man who came out to quote our place. He agreed to an install date and applied intense pressure to get me to sign and pay asap that minute, not allowing me time to speak to my partner over night about the 4K job, having to immediately agree to lock in the date telling me if I don’t sign immediately that I can’t have carpet at all for another month. I then received an email with an install date a week after this agreed upon date without so much as a consult. The week later date keeps our vacant property off the market and effected all our other trades trying to do their jobs. Incredibly disappointing sales tactic…. No word back on if this date will be rectified ******edit. The manager has now given a full refund . Thanks

For our latest residential development in Wilston, Mac from ECC delivered a fantastic end product within our tight construction program and was a pleasure to deal with on this project.
We ended up having to request that carpet court enoggera claim via their public liability insurance for the damage caused to our house when installing laminate flooring. Even though the claim was settled, proving that carpet court was liable, Craig still insisted that it was our fault, said how over and above he had gone by paying his $500 excess on his PL insurance and hung up on us - LOL.
Great service and always helpful. Will use them again for my carpeting needs!
