I am always impressed with Harvey Norman. So competitive on price and often beat competition by heaps. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and a great selection of products. We got an amazing deal on a wall oven today. Hundreds cheaper than nearest competitor just because it was unwrapped out of the box. Winning.

I go in educated and knowing what I want. So I can't speak for the knowledge and skills of the sales staff. But every time I buy something, it's cheaper than advertised, and I get cheaper product care. 

Their product care may be a bit lengthy sometimes but they always help out, and I've never been dissatisfied when going to this store. 

If you are going to use Harvey Norman, you are educated and know what you want. Go here. Genuine nice people, and I always get what I came for.

REALLY GOOD customer service. Great range of products. Will try to price match but pretty reasonable prices anyway. But it's the level of customer service that makes me support them. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your product.

Helpful staff who weren't pushy but were attentive. We did not buy anything today but will likely return considering how well we were treated. 
Recommended to all.

Had a poor experience picking up 2 new washing machines today. Immediately rang the store and was told a manager would call back soon. I'm guessing that call will never happen.
