Saw a staff member here talk to an old man who was just looking for a chat after he made some small purchases She didn’t have to do what she did but she did. This impressed me as I was sure the old man didn’t get to speak to a lot of people throughout the day and I’m sure it brought him an immeasurable amount of joy. If they hire compassionate people they have good staff.
Bought a product for click and collect as it showed as in stock at the store.nnThe next day, I received an email stating my order was cancelled by ‘my request’. That was news to me, so I called the store.nnI spoke to the Service Desk, who advised the order was cancelled due to no stock. I asked them why they didn’t wait for stock to arrive or source from another store like other businesses e.g.. Officeworks. Apparently, Big W doesn’t do transfers. Fine, but it’s a poor customer experience.nnSecondly, I asked why the email stated I cancelled, and the person advised the system ‘glitches’. That was incorrect and seems convenient, but will validate the glitch with head office.
The venue is great, the staff are very happy to guide you in the correct direction.nnI do have a slight gripe with the uniform policies. However, at the end of the day I thought everything was well priced and the staff were lovely.
Went there when I was feeling sad . But this beautiful big blue-eyed girl by the name of HAYLEY served me and instantly lifted my mood. What an incredible angel who deserves a raise!! This girl spoke to me in ways no one has before and for that I am grateful. My day went from- crying and breaking down in the parking lot to thrilled and over a rainbow with joy. Never fire her! Love
Amazing place. Well organised stuff. You get everything. Staff's are extremely helpful. Ambiance calm and quiet... Loved it..
