It's a wonderful local big w, sadly they're closing down.

Tom was outstanding in his customer service. We bought a juicer 2 weeks previously as an impulse buy because it had been marked down because of damage to the box. We decided we didn’t want to keep it but lost our receipt and searched high and low. Myself and my wife rock, scissored and papered who was going to go down to try and return the juicer and I lost. Luckily we were served by Tom who searched for our receipt and found it and we were able to return the device.  Outstanding service should not go unsaid - we’ll done Big W and thank you Tom!

The staff where very nice and willing to help you get to the area in there store The young lady at the photo counter was understanding to people's needs And what to do to fixes it ,her patients and willingness 10/10 I was there Tuesday morning, she showed me what the photos would look like And what would look the best for the 40th Wedding Anniversary photos After I got home I found a I had a mistake with two photos So I had to go back an she so happy to help fix the the problem While helping others with there language,to understand what they need All I can say is thank you to the young lady at Big W photos

Not good news about impending closure. Stafford City shopping centre definitely needs to be refurbished.  Public toilets are very outdated and not the nicest.  Competing with Chermside would be extremely difficult, but hey, at least there are no problems with parking or feral crowds.

The optometrist is amazing, so knowledgeable, nice and affordable. Way better than all the other big brand optometrists out there!! Will never go anywhere else!

Big W Stafford is closing down to make way for a Kmart, I was sad to see that as it was a lovely big W that had been there for 35 years, but I was glad to get 50 per cent off the items they were clearing out

The staff are wonderful and pleasant. I have never found staff unpleasant in the 20+ years I have been shopping at big w at stafford. However, the past six months I have been given 110% from a young girl, Sharni. In the photo developing department. Sharni has gone above and beyond for myself, with many photos and spending a countless amount of time helping me.  She is a credit to the company.

Store was clean and the staff were friendly, plus they have a side entrance which means you don't have to wander through the centre to get their, so able to conveniently park and walk in.

This store is closing down, so there are savings-a-plenty to be found. Also, great empty swathes of floor space. Which is to be expected.

This site is closing any day soon. There's barely anything left. It used to be fabulous with great staff, this rating is only because of its current state.
