The store itself appears clean and it's tidy and well stocked. The change rooms however is a different story.nI swear they have never been cleaned. The dust, hair and grim is caking the floors and fixtures.I've made several comments to floor staff over the last 12 months but they don't want to know about it.nTonight I spoke with the shift manager, who while polite and acknowledged the lack of cleanliness themselves stated the issue was a result of staff rostering. Hardly an excuse - it's a 5-10 minute task maybe twice a day and a small price to pay to ensure your customers have access to clean & safe facilities.
What on EARTH is the point in going to Target when it’s is literally just Kmart?! I just came from Kmart to find a different selection of products only to find Targets range has been replaced by Kmarts ‘Anko.’ What a waste of a store. What is the point of Target anymore? What a poor selection for Australian consumers who have lost a major anchor store. 3 reduced to just 2. I’m so disappointed.
Went in to get a refund on my purchase that I bought and took back in store at lay by counter Brookside, with my receipt. Didn't get my refund back because it wasn't packed in the way that it came in the box. The 2 girls that I spoke to were very disrespectful, rude and unhelpful. Not the type of way you should be spoken to as a customer.nWon't be shopping their again. I won't be spoken to like I got spoken to from those staff. They shouldn't be working in customer service with people as there communication skills are pathetic and appalling.
An excellent spacious department store to brouse in! Clothing & bedding plus electrical equipment! Dvd's & Cds! Friendly & efficient service provided! Wheelchair access is available plus parking outside the Brookside Shopping Centre! At the moment there are great red, black or white boots on sale!
I was attempting to shop at this store when I noticed two young bleach blonde female employees in their early/mid twenties laughing at me and whispering from a distance. When I turned around and made eye contact with them, they scurried back off to their tasks. Albright I don’t know what the girls were saying, I don’t appreciate employees giggling and following like school children while I am trying to shop.
