Excellent customer service. Vaccum was not on the floor, Ahn on the front door contacted the manager Tamara who went out the back and unpacked the cleaner i wanted from the delivery. Thank you for this extra effort, you both need to be commended
I felt compelled to come leave a positive review after I received the most incredible customer service today from Courtney. I came to print some invitations for my daughter's birthday and was having trouble getting the file onto the printing system. I was honestly going to give up though Courtney then came and proactively offered her assistance and was so kind, patient and helpful in guiding me to change the file type and successfully upload and print this. A huge thank you from a tired Mum who is very grateful!
Line up to pay was from 1 end of store to the checkout, minimum of 70-80 people. Management determined that only 2 on checkout is enough. Now I'm not part of their Management team, but I would have thought that a 35 degree Saturday, would have raised the possibility of lots of people going to the shopping centre to get out of the heat. Surely a bit of forecasting would mean people don't have to line up for nearly half an hour just to pay. Or just put some more staff on to get rid of the queues. You invested in the tills so why not use them. Obviously customer service is a slogan only
The shop is sooo hot you can not shop I think the air con must be broke. The poor staff !
You really need to fix your aircon. It is disgusting that you expect your staff to work in those types of conditions. I was in there for 5 minutes and started sweating.
