Staff arent helpful at all. They're all very young and generally don't want to help. I went in looking for an airfryer and was told they had stock but couldn't find it. I was sent to the service desk for help. They sent me back to the appliance area. They shrugged there shoulders and just said, we don't have any after telling me they had stock.
So irritated. I called up about an item and was on hold for ages, no one picking up. On the website it says the item is in stock at Chermside but I know the website is rarely accurate. Which is why I called up. No answer so I ended up coming to the store and of course it’s out of stock. Just a big waste of time and energy. Why have the option to see what’s in stock in store on the website when it’s not accurate. Why have phones when no one picks up.
I ordered some t-shirts, a water filtering jug, a toaster, and some sheets from the Chermside shop 4 days ago. I am really happy that everything arrived today. I spent less than $90 for everything, and delivery was free. Sunday was the only day I had free to organise this and I just couldn't face the crowds at the shopping centre. The website is really easy to navigate, and the prices are the same as in the shop. I highly recommend using the website for all of us shut-ins.
This experience was interesting, very quiet and no help from staff, they didn't look like they cared. We bought a min drone for $20 and as soon as we turned it on 2 of the mini propellers went flying and we lost both, we eventually found one, but if you are going to buy this, then maybe reconsider because you don't even get replacements in the box, Kmart... you need to fix yourselves and your products.
I would like to commend Tyler on his professional, pleasant and engaging smile today. He was most helpful and an asset to your team. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely young man.
