Do not shop at K mart Chermside either on line or buying at the shop. This is the worst Kmart outlet I have ever experienced buying on line. The staff who packed the online orders whoever it is do not have a conscience. Why would you pack the item for on line orders when you know it's damaged and it's going to be returned anyway. What a joke!!!!!!! . The staff here do not have training for good customer service. Beware.......
The most awful older lady at today’s checkout. Zero customer service. Very rude and condescending. Ask for help holding a toddler, received rude answers- I won’t scan it for you. Also one of the lollies was broken I asked if I can go to replace it and she said - you obviously broke it. Please train your staff better, this lady doesn’t want to be there and help customers.
NEVER SHOP AT KMART CHERMSIDE AGAIN. Ben, the manager, refused to allow a store credit on unused items still sealed or with cardboard labels still attached, that the purchaser gifted to me saying here's the receipt to return the items you don't want. Nothing on the receipt says Kmart won't honour the return of unused items for a store credit without the purchaser's credit card, other than a web address for change of mind policy. Did you know Kmart have changed their Return Policy? and that is your fault if you don't know. Better not buy anyone a gift that you chose and they may not want, as it cannot be returned at that store.nBe aware, seems Chermside Kmart is only interested in their profit and from observation, customer service is reluctantly dealt with.nHappily tho, a different Kmart store went above and beyond with their customer service.
Great store. Pity some if the shelves are bare.
I was greeted by a lovely stunning young lady called flick, she quickly directed me to my desired section in Kmart as I get lost quickly. I have no doubt that this employee deserves an immediate promotion
