Great products at reasonable prices, but I could not find anyone to assist for over 10 minutes in the kitchen or homewares sections in the middle of a Saturday morning.nWorst is the placement of the checkouts. I mean, who thought putting checkouts in the middle of a store would be a good idea?nChange them back to be checkout on exit.
NEVER SHOP AT KMART CHERMSIDE AGAIN. Ben, the manager, refused to allow a store credit on unused items still sealed or with cardboard labels still attached, that the purchaser gifted to me saying here's the receipt to return the items you don't want. Nothing on the receipt says Kmart won't honour the return of unused items for a store credit without the purchaser's credit card, other than a web address for change of mind policy. Did you know Kmart have changed their Return Policy? and that is your fault if you don't know. Better not buy anyone a gift that you chose and they may not want, as it cannot be returned at that store.nBe aware, seems Chermside Kmart is only interested in their profit and from observation, customer service is reluctantly dealt with.nHappily tho, a different Kmart store went above and beyond with their customer service.
Disappointing that Kmart now charges people to use their trolleys. I understand it’s supposed to be a “coin return” but when your trolley bays don’t have the facility to return the coins that’s charging people.
I was greeted by a lovely stunning young lady called flick, she quickly directed me to my desired section in Kmart as I get lost quickly. I have no doubt that this employee deserves an immediate promotion
This store sucks. It's always busy. There is little room to manoeuvre down aisles. There is always stock strewn across the floor. More often than not I've attempted to buy a single item in this store and not found what I was looking for.nnIf you find yourself having partner communication issues in groceries or chermside in general this store is the final boss.
