A staff member was asked where a specific product was and was generally unhelpful, being unable to point out specifically where an item was. Quicker to find and buy it on the internet than ask a clueless staff member.

Sells out of things quickly as it's quite busy. Tidy and well stocked. Would benefit from more checkouts!

Kmart has come a long way. They stock interesting, pleasant to the eye and wallet and extremely functional products. Before I spend a lot of money elsewhere, I check out Kmart as they normally stock the item I am looking for at a fraction of the price though not scrimping on quality. It's also a good store to browse in.

Plenty to look at, but I needed some help in the clothing area and watied more than 15 minutes, but saw no staff during that time.  So I  didn't end up buying anything because of the lack of service.  😧
