Great Shopping experience over Easter Saturday, Very helpful and friendly staff at the men's shoes counter. Especially a extra A+ to the eldest gentleman who served us around 4 , very good service something I haven't seen in a long time

Shopped Easter Saturday. Friendly helpful staff. Have also often shopped online, click and collect. Staff in the service centre are always good too.

I went to cliniqe skin product desk, staff so disrespectful and answering without any passion for what they are selling. I sensed a kind of disrespectful look in her eyes when i was asking my question. Showing kind of annoyed with my accent. I am not going to go back there i way prefer clinique costumer service in David jones chermside . It wasn't my first time there i have had the same experience with other staff in clinique chermside. Don't recommend at all . Very rude staff. Not helpful at all .

Just tried to call Myer Chermside (home appliances) - the phone rang out 4 times?? All I need to do is speak to someone to see if they have a vaccuum cleaner in stock. Yes - times are tough at myers these days but looks like another sale goes begging!

Have always had a great experience in the Mac store but this morning met a consultant who was nothing short of ageist. Im very upset.
