Very good customer service! Will come back again. I bought Asics Kayano and after 5 weeks of running including one race the shoe started to wear and tear. I came back and they replaced it with a new one. Rachel, the sales lady helped me to pick a better fit for my running needs - she was kind, helpful and not pushy - well done!

Today myself and a friend went to buy football boots from Rebel sport. Not one person offered to help us as we looked and tried on different boots. 4 different people walked passed us. Pretty bloody dissapointed at the customer service/floor staff

Big new Rebel store however poor range of clothes and sports shoes. Prefer to buy online instead.

I had been walking around chermside, been to multiple shoe stores I was lucky to be greeted, walked into rebel was enthusiastically and hilariously greeted by an older man who instantly brightened my mood (unfortunatly i didnt catch his name) I had a look then was found by another lovely team member who alas I cannot remeber her name either (sorry) helped me find a great pair of shoes, and to top it off the ladies at the counter were lovely and efficent. Thanks so much guys!
