I had been dealing with an alternative podiatrist when suffering badly from plantar fasciitis to the point where I could barely walk. Two treatments at All Podiatry and I was fixed! I could not believe how quickly the correction was made and the follow-up and minor adjustments with the new orthotics. I was back running and able to spring off the balls of my feet while boxing withing two weeks of meeting with them. Very Happy!

I was incredibly happy with the service I was provided when I visited this store. Their patience and personalised service when assisting me with finding a new running shoe was second to none. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase and I feel that my concerns and questions were thouroughly addressed. I work as a personal trainer and I am often referring my clients to this provider when they are in need of podiatry services as I know their needs will be met with professional enthusiasm.

It is hard to support this business. Took the advice of the podiatrist against my preferred choice of running shoe. Didn't get comfortable and went back to change to the ones I felt best in before they were worn out of the house. The staff acted like I was trying to return a dead dog. Had to push hard to simply swap to the other ones. I have used big shoe retailers and taken shoes back that I have run kilometres in up to three times to get the right one and the staff have a great attitude about it. This was convenient and thought local is the right thing to do but this makes it too hard.

Avoid at all costs, terrible service. I recently purchased school shoes for my daughter here as she has a difficult fitting and they boast about their podiatry credentials. The reality was they pretty much dismissed my concerns and gave her a very perfunctory fitting by a staff member, the podiatrist then spent all of 30 seconds in the room with us to give a 'yeah ok' and we were sent on our way. The shoes were never a good fit and failed in EXACTLY the way I told them they would. Returning the shoes was awful - they apparently only have one person who can authorise returns (really?!) who was then unavailable for several days. When we finally got the ok to get replacements we had to wait another 2 weeks for them to be ordered in, only to finally get a phone call hassling me for not coming in to get the shoes WHICH THEY HAD NOT TOLD US HAD ARRIVED YET. Throughout all this the staff were polite but obviously undertrained, any concerns I raised they just stared like a deer in the headlights and then pretended I hadn't said anything. Honestly, avoid like the plague, basically any other shoe store will do a better job.
