Month of visit: May 2024nnA home for outdoor adventure geeks!nThey had a lot of options for outdoor shoes, I came here to check the Salomon for my husband but unfortunately, the size we are looking for is not available.nnBut we enjoyed our visit, staffs are helpful and kind, the price is also good i think. They don’t put a price tag on the shoes but you can scan the barcode there though.nnA hidden gem for adventurer lovers! if you are looking for hiking shoes this is recommended!nI will come back sometime in the future!
What a great hidden gem of retail !!nBased on wether your interested in running and hiking.nnWe meet Bruce here - whom was knowledgeable and very helpful - nice guy.nnWildfire sports has a “massive” range of running and hiking shoes as well as some specialist footwear.nnThey have other accessories and a range of clothing and equipment.nnWhen we were here - mid Sat afternoon the shop had a huge amount of clients in store , which is a testament to their range and consultative selling service.nnEasy parks on the weekends. You might have to park a little down the road on a busy weekday - but if your a runner or hiker that shouldn’t bother you ! Lol
Had a problem with some shoes that I ordered online and received a swift response and resolution to the problem. It’s one thing to have good sales service but a business shows its true colours in its after sales commitment. Good range of products. Recommended place to shop
Just a great store to deal with. Their customer service is exemplary.nI bought some boots online, the process was flawless.nHad the boots for a couple of months when the sole started to come away from the upper. I contacted the store to make a warranty claim.nThey responded quickly and sent me a return label.nI was offered a potential replacement or a refund.nUpon receipt and assessment my refund was processed immediately.nCouldn’t be happier with the service.nMany MANY other stores should take note.nI’ll be back.nRECOMMENDED. .
I was very impressed with Wildfire. I was after a Polar Pacer and they had the best price. When I walked in I was acknowledged in less then 30 secs. Matt was very helpful with my questions. plus, a great range of merchandise.
