Only bought online. Great prices and posting options Aus wide. Good selection and good customer service, although probably not the best systems as what I bought showed as available, but then they emailed me to say it was not. However, no harm done, I picked another colour as I received it within the estimated time frame. Friendly and professional staff.

Went in to try on some packs and received outstanding service from Peter. Got some great advice and information on what we needed for the hiking we want to do and he spent the time to fit and try on several packs, will definitely be back when we need more gear!

Fantastic service from start to finish! I ordered an item the wrong size in error and customer service were fantastic in their response time, exchanging my item and reshipping back all within great timeframes. I will be purchasing from them again.

Best price, fast delivery, and great services. We bought first pair of Scarpa hiking shoes, ordered on Monday, delivered on Tuesday, we were so happy with the product, ordered a second pair, the discount coupon did not go through during the ordering process, but Olly at the service had it fixed within 10 minutes.
