They came quickly and on time (hence 2 stars not 1) but I paid at least $200 too much for cabling. I was charged for a visit to say the job was impossible, the time they were gone while I googled NBN hybrid cable fibre systems (which at the time the cabler seemed unaware of, I expect he's learnt now), the time for me to phone, explain what was needed and get them back. On top of that, I discovered much later they installed the wrong wall fitting! Kind of entertaining but not really recommended.

Inappropriate quote initially; proposed to install a superseded model without advising me; installed 2 faulty other items which were replaced once I discovered the issue - no apology
