Aaron and his team at F45 Training North Melbourne are great and the gym is nothing short of excellent with first class facilities and it's in a great city edge location, close to public transport. The F45 interval, cardiovascular and strength training program is super good and gives a very effective workout combination for both burning fat and building lean muscle. It really does become an addiction after you see the results you get !!!

Great atmosphere, with plenty of flexibility on training times. Aaron and his team are always here to help you along if you're unsure also. 

There's also plenty of parking out the back, making it convenient if you're heading into work after.

Great gym, the screens at the front really help with pointers for the exercises, the trainers are really friendly and as a mature aged women who has never been to a gym before they made me feel really welcome and comfortable! Now I love my F45 Sessions!
