Its never a chore training here. I workout a minimum 4 times a week and each workout is tailored to what I want to achieve. Friendly atmosphere no matter what your goals or age. Everyone notices my strength fitness and body tone since training here which is I put down to the coaches guidance. Personal training without the cost
