Great cinema great gold class experience but uses need to put a age limit or have someone controlling the noise like no one wants to spend $40 plus per ticket to listen to a bunch of kids play with there seat and talk all through the movie with there parents not doing anything about it. It's meant to be quiet
Took my grandson the first time to gold class. Staff was wonderful but fell short on the meal And drinks. We waited always 45 min for our meal then we never got the second half of our order. Then l had to pay extra for soft drinks but we never got the soft drinks l payed for in the meal or the soft top ice cream.l will still go back l just know what to do next time.
For years I’ve watched my movies at gold class cinemas and really enjoyed the experience at all sorts of locations. However my family visited Orion gold class for the first time today and the experience was so poor that I felt the need to tell others to beware of their poor customer service. One star unfortunately.
Delightful experience. Service and Food was amazing and delicious we had sliders. Only recommendation would be when there are only 4 couples in cinema space them out. We had a couple come sit right beside us. Other then that great
The gold class set up here is 2nd to none. A private bar and separate entrance inside the main entrance. Great staff, food is tasty, cinemas sound and picture is top quality and up to date - Atmos. Only down side is cost, it's all very expensive.
Beautiful looking cinema. Reasonable priced. The only issue is we ordered food to come out half way through the movie. By mid movie, we still hadn't received our food. When there was only 10 minutes left of the movie, I went down to say something. We then received our food at the end of the film. Thankfully we were refunded for the food. But still. You pay more money for Gold Class and to have the food service whilst watching the film. Not to be eating at the end when the credits were playing. Super disappointing.
Event cinemas Springfield was great. Watched Avatar and really enjoyed it. Should go watch it during holidays. Staff very helpful and friendly and kept everything nice and clean.
First time going to Orion gold class. The absolute worst of the Gold class franchises. Extremely poor attitudes from the employees working there. Highly recommend going to the other locations as they have always maintained great service for your hard earned money.
Cinema 4 sucks big time. Small cinema, small screen and seats extremely loose and uncomfortable. Vmax and gold class excellent. Popcorn great.
Purchased our tickets online for ease of entry but couldn't use the online ticket booth. 4 young staff standing around, lolly & drink shop was very dirty & so were the bathrooms
