Cinema four needs some attention .nnUpon entering, we were hit with a very strong and unpleasant smell of body odour and sweat. It made the environment quite uncomfortable, especially given the heat – the air conditioning didn’t appear to be on, and the room was noticeably warm. We arrived about 5–10 minutes into the ads, and it was still very stuffy at that point.nnI also noticed an Air Wick diffuser on the way out and it is not doing anything for the smellnnAdditionally, the cinema screen itself could use some attention – the bottom corners are visibly crumpled on both sides, which detracts from the viewing experience.nnAt $18.50 per ticket, I expected a much more comfortable and pleasant environment.

The Gold class was nice. The service was good, the young girl was run off her feet but still did great. 12.30 14/11 The seats were ok but need maintenance as they squeak as it goes in and out.nBut I did like my 1st experience at the movies in 15 years.

My experience at Gold Class Cinema was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The place itself was very clean, and the food was good. I had a great time and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended!

I love this place. Not only are there cinemas but the massage chairs are great and they have a variety of games and a photo booth. A bar if you want a drink. Friendly staff. I took one star off because the prices are extremely expensive

Beautiful looking cinema. Reasonable priced.nnThe only issue is we ordered food to come out half way through the movie. By mid movie, we still hadn't received our food.nnWhen there was only 10 minutes left of the movie, I went down to say something.nnWe then received our food at the end of the film. Thankfully we were refunded for the food. But still. You pay more money for Gold Class and to have the food service whilst watching the film. Not to be eating at the end when the credits were playing. Super disappointing.
