Accessible by escalator and lift at/ near entry to Event Cinemas on level 1. Level 1 can be further accessed all along the level by other lifts and stairs.nnSpacious foyer with some arcade games that you pay, for the games.nnCandy Bar where you mostly go to purchase your tickets and buy your candy bar goodies.nnIf you're going to Gold Class, you can purchase your tickets at the Candy Bar or just go straight up to the Gold Class foyer and counter upstairs and buy your Gold Class tickets there Accessible by a small lift or stairs. You don't need to be going to a Gold Class movie if you're wanting to enjoy ordering from there and sitting in the Gold Class seating area to enjoy your goodies.nnI have gone there just for coffee and a catch up with friends and not watching a movie. I have gone to Gold Class for movies at Orion with my baby, the pram, with a disabled person with their walker. I have always had a wonderful experience.nnThere's 2 Vmax cinemas and some Standard cinemas. There are seat cushions for sitting higher on seats, available in the hallway.nnSign up to Events, select your cinema location so that you can get cheaper ticket prices at your favourite cinema. Kids combo popcorn and drink, also a cheaper option, just ask the candy bar attendant.nnEnjoy:

Come here this afternoon to find VMAX 2 hasn’t been cleaned at all. Popcorn all over the seats, rubbish and empty drink containers on every second seat. Took 10 minutes just to find a remotely clean seat to sit on as the one I was allocated was covered in frozen coke. Complete negligence to forget to clean up the last session. Could be a poor rostering issue and the poor person cleaning doesn’t have a chance to rush around but this isn’t good enough for a paying customer. The staff are friendly and polite but no other cinema in the area lets you pay to sit amongst filth. Not good enough.

I had a great time at Event Cinemas Springfield. The staff were friendly, the cinema was clean, and the seats were comfy. My Cinebuzz membership made the ticket price a great value! While the snacks are a bit pricey, it's a small complaint. Overall, a solid 4/5 star rating.

This isn’t the first time I’ve been in a dirty Events Cinema in Springfield. Lower your ticket price if you’re not going to clean the cinema or get the cinema workers cleaning. It doesn’t need to be spanking clean, even tidy will do.
