Honestly, the service here is very up and down, luck of the draw as to whether they're happy and friendly or angry and rude. The food though, it is on another level! The best chips I have ever eaten in my entire life. I find myself craving them all the time, it's terrible! Haha. But seriously everyone has to try them!

Purchased a meal from there last week it was disgusting. Called them to advise and they offered a store credit to use within two weeks. Called last night to redeem the store credit and they would not honour it. In the end I spoke to the owner that was very rude who told me that he was too busy to talk to me. My sons partners boss went there the other day also said the food was disgusting and wouldn't be going back there either.

Worst customer service I have experienced in my life!  The young girl over the phone hung up on me when I simply asked how much does 1.5 servings feed?  When I called back she was even more foul!  Won't be wasting my money there ever again! It's not the same as it used to be, that's for sure!

Our local fish and chip shop in Cairns. Happy with food and service.  Love their crumbed fish and chips

terrible service most of the time.five dollars for a scoop of chips that doesn,t feed my 7 year old,and we are small eaters.good chips but i get the impression the owner's just a little bit too greedy.

One of the best fish & chip shops around. With the yummiest of chips and the friendliest of staff.

Great food and the best chips, however people answering the phones aren't polite.

Don't know why the food was so bad today. This used to be very good. Won't be going back again.

So sad, not what it used to be with other fish and chip shops opening in the area Fry'n Scotsman in Redlynch  I won't go back here.

Yummy chips but usually bad service yuck fish. It's okay
