I find it entertaining to watch how poorly this place operates. I suspect the people who work here have never seen how a fast food restaurant actually works.  They serve one customer every 4-5mins whether there is a line or not.

Slow service the older guy ray (the manager I think) is extremely rude and not fit for his position and not helpful at all.

Picked up a couple of large chocolate sundaes at the cairns airport and the chocolate was almost non existent.  Not impressed.
