I think it was the best Subway I’ve been to. The staff were extremely diligent and enthusiastic about making a really neat sandwich. The service was excellent too; despite my limited English, they made sure to double-check if they were making the right menu for me. It was the most satisfying service experience I’ve had in almost a year.
Friendly service, great smiles all around!nThe higher up manager, or maybe owner, was on the register the other day and he was super friendly too! Even though he was on what seemed like a business phone call, when we were ready to pay, he paused the call and had excellent customer service!nYou can tell the customers are their first priority.nnOh, and the food? Best subway portions ever. You go here to watch weight, its the most healthy, fast food alternative, you dont want them to slap on huge portions, and if youre paying for it, you dont want a tiny portion either... the perfect medium here!. In and out in 5 minutes with a healthy alternative.nLove it guys, Thanks!
I’m not normally one to complain or right a review but I couldn’t get the team members name as she wasn’t wearing a badge. The young Asian girl who was working at 5pm this afternoon was very rude. Very short and blunt, got my order wrong and then rolled her eyes at me and still didn’t hear my correction for the order and rolled her eyes again when I told her that there was another sub.
This is a great lunch choice. My complaint is that sometimes the order is 18.95, the next time exactly the same order is 25something. Grr.
Great, nice ladies are working there, the food is very good, best Subway I found in my holidays in Australia
