WOW. This place is complete pandemonium and a raging circus of under trained staff with literally no understanding of hygiene. Staff also screaming to one another and loitering around like they own the place. I've worked in hospitality for many years, and this place is far from professional by any standard of any Mcdonalds i have ever been to. I have never been so disgusted until I saw their barista section and the milk jugs being covered in old milk that looked liked it was sitting for hours. Hurricane Nancy being such a loyal Micky-D's employee then uses it and just mixes fresh milk into and re-steams it, yuck. Being a hospitality professional myself, i probably would of done a few things; 1. Throw milk away. 2. Fire Nancy for being so incompetent and not knowing what is acceptable to serve. 3. Ensure Nancy doesn't work with food. 4. Ensure staff are trained appropriately.

The best maccas in the world. Manager upgraded my small drink to a large because they weren't busy because their service was too fast. Back area always makes sure to go the extra mile to provide extreme enjoyment to every customer.

Sure the staff can be a bit rude, but that is expected for teenagers. Can't do too much to stop that. The food is lovely and the service is very fast. tbh. Their McCafe is so far the best, their coffees, iced drinks and plus food are amazing!! Definitely sticking with them over City or Redlynch Macca's

Crew trainer was the worst Customer service.....No smile, no frendly and fxxking Annoying sevrvice. Please dont teach anybody like your fxxking low level skill any more at stockland shopping center. She is the worst who I have seen before. If you dont like that job n not wont to work, just quit please!!
