By far the best Maccas in town! The drive-thru line always moves quickly, staff are lovely especially the drive thru lady on weekday mornings - legend! and they're always willing to fix any issues, such as missing the sugar syrup in my iced latte! Sometimes the frozen drink flavours and icecream are unavailable but this Maccas is way more reliable than any other in Cairns I have to admit that I've been to all of them!.
Whoever was on burgers on the 19th of October 2025. You okay?!?! lol. Didn’t want to leave a bad review, we all have bad shifts but maybe should’ve gone to spec savers I guess.
Visited McDonalds Manoora at 5:25pm on Monday 3rd November 2025.nWow! Worst take away meal I ever had! First of all the shock. 4 x Fillet of Fish = $31.nSecond, they were dried up dehydrated pieces of crusty “fish”, which is a stretch at best! Half ate one and threw the rest out! Lesson learned. Thanks McDonalds! Won’t ever be back!

Sure enough once again the drive through was unreliable, I understand it’s complex but not that much!!!nnMy order: Double quarter pounder meal extra pickles and 3 wings on the side, Coke Zero.nnI received: Angus beef burger, Coke.nnNo wings, no Coke Zero, wrong burger.nnDo better please Maccas, you’re a staple not a one off!
