I can't exactly complain. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza through the app and paid $2 for extra toppings pineapple. Collected my pizza and went home. Then discovered there was no pineapple. I called the store I really just wanted them to know they made a mistake, and if they offered my $2 back I would decline because it would cost me that much in fuel to collect it . But they actually offered to deliver to me another pizza plus a garlic bread and drink. So I was pretty happy about that. However, when the driver arrived it was only a pizza - no garlic bread or drink. I got a free pizza so I can't complain, but, please don't offer an additional free garlic bread and drink and then not follow through I was looking foward to it. Second pizza was great though thankyou!
Few complaints here.Ordered a plain cheese pizza add pineapple. That was correct except for the random bits of red onion, mushroom, and green something that I didn't discover until I started eating. Second, my cheese and garlic scrolls, 1/4 came with no cheese nor garlic, just bread. Called and spoke to the manager who suggested I come back and they give me a remake of the pizza. I declined because I don't need another pizza right now. No mention of the garlic scroll. I mentioned that and he says ok, we will replace it and deliver it AND I need to give back the mistake items. Which makes me feel not believed and also I didn't want more food now. But apparently it's too much to ask for a credit for the pizza and scrolls for a later date. So many mistakes and not just on my pizza. Pretty dissapointed.
My husband normally orders our children's pizzas online from PNG for delivery at home. Orders always arrives on time, but today we received 2 out of 4 items so I rang up the shop and a friendly staff apologised and assisted. She spoke to her manager then got back to me that they will deliver between 20-30 minutes in which they did with something extra. Thank you so much. Great customer service from the Redlynch Team
Me and my dad ordered separately, I got a thicksake and he got pizzas. The pizzas were ready well before my drink, I had to go up and ask one of the staff where it was and they had completely forgot about it, I get that they’re busy but they had atleast 15 staff behind the counter. The boys behind the counter proceeded to sniff drinks to try tell which one mine was, soon to realise it hadn’t even been made and I’d been waiting atleast 20 minutes for a thickshake, how ridiculous! Stop making children managers of busy businesses! They can’t keep up, i couldn’t even see one adult in the shop tonight that’s probably why they’re so incompetent.
Been a frequent customer at the shop for a fair few Friday night pizzas , pizza is standard decent domino pizza , but the main manager is a gentlemen and always fixes any issues with small mistakes .. worth a slice if your around redlynch
Very poor service, placed order, money came out of my account, says order being cooked, order being delivered. 5 mins into track my order. Order cancelled. Money still pending to come out of my account. Looks like toast is a better option.
Our favourite pizza stop. Can't beat their value pizzas at just $5 each...bargain and always cooked to perfection. Open until midnight which is a bonus for late night snackers like us
Charging public holiday surcharge when Easter Saturday is not a public holiday, plus were told our pizza was not ready, stood in shop for 10 mins and a second person checked and they had magically appeared. Not the way to keep customers. Quality of pizza was pretty poor as well.
We ordered three pizzas, pizza was very tasty,garlic bread could use some butter and garlic very reasonably priced
I bought two "Traditional" pizzas. They were done like "Value Pizza" with almost no toppings. You won't increase your profit that way. Success in business is a returning customer. I will not come back to you again !!!
