What an experience at the new McDonald's. Waited at the counter for a good 5 minutes before any of the staff members even looked at us. Was brought a latte instead of the cappuccino I ordered. The girl serving me had the audacity to take it back, chuck some chocolate sprinkles on it and call it a cappuccino and bring it back. Burgers were cold and not made to order. The girl supposedly in charge of "customer experience" was one of the rudest people I've met in my life. The only saving grace was the boy which brought us our food. Make him the manager, instead of whoever runs this clown show.

Prompt, professional - just a bit short on the personal. Food here has always been good. A smile and a little attention does go a long way to enrich the experience

Quite terrible service, food quality more than poor even for a basic McDonald’s standard. And trust me I don’t have very high standards as is.

Love Mcdonalds at Smithfield go there nearly everyday. The staff are terrific very helpful and friendly. The boys making the coffee Reef, Oliver are excellent. Ethan at service always has a smile on his face. The coffee is the best ever. I love that i can choose a cowboy burger and change or add beetroot. Linda massey

Been here twice and both have been poor experiences. Both times I’ve ordered McFeast burgers with no cheese and to add mayo if not added already, and both times they have not followed those requests. As well my wife received a coupon for free small fries and the fries were cold and the serving was less than the size of a small. Pretty disappointing. Canada has better McDonald’s than here from our experience.
