KFC has lost their minds and me as a customer ever again!nVery consistent when it comes to disappointing the public.
Food was cold. The chicken was very tough and dry. The chips were very salty. The nuggets were soggy and the popcorn chicken box was only 1/2 full.nVery disappointed. $40 down the drain.
Bought a 21 piece bucket and only recieved 18 pieces. Also requested 10 Hot and crispy and 11 original but got 7 very small pieces of hit n spicy which you would need 3 to make up one of the original pieces. All were extremely oily.
Went there for lunch today. Staff were not friendly. The young female who served me was very rude. The staff in the kitchen looked like they were arguing. Ordered a large, they tried giving me a small. I told them I paid for a large and I got given attitude.nnThe chips were extremely salty I couldn’t even eat them, and the chicken was so oily it was soggy. Not happy with the service or food.nnIt wasn’t even busy.
All in all it was shocking. I arrived at 10am and was the first person to order, i then was assured it would only be a 5 minute wait. 25 MINUTES LATER my number was called and I was polite to the staff as I understood they were busy. However, when I got into my car I opened up my original tenders box to find that the tenders were all cold, the chips were soggy, the popcorn chicken was cold and the potato and gravy was old, cold and tasted well off. I then went back inside to notify the staff of this and the staff member said “well this is the food that we serve, if you don’t like it then you can leave” I was absolutely appalled. I would never recommend this KFC to any and quite frankly will be heading to McDonalds from now on.
