If it were possible I wouldn't even give you 1 star rating, ever staff were very rude. They had NO WATER, NO FROZENS the nachos you pay $10 for no more than four chips three little chucks of zinger chicken gammon bit of sauce and avo very poor customer service. Will definitely not be coming back again anytime soon
This is the second time this has happened to me, buy a family feast - 10 pieces, the chicken pieces are no bigger than nuggets. The pic is of 5 pieces of chicken. The only this that gets bigger is the price at this KFC store. Disgraceful
Was pulling into the drive through with my window down, hadn’t approached the speaker yet and the girl says “what do you want” I said I had only pulled up to the speak and if she could just give me a second and I was reading the Sign about their drinks on the speaker, she then said “just place your order” and I said I won’t be a second again and then she says “yep so what do you want”. I said to her that if she didn’t change her attitude I would just speak to the manager, she then acted liked she cared and decided to be condescending in her tone when taking my order. I went up to window and told her to cancel my order and that I would wait for the Thai place to open across the road. Her name is Sophia by the way! Maybe have a chat with her about how she talks to customers, and if she doesn’t like her job then maybe she shouldn’t be working there. She then asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager and I said no, as I didn’t want to hold the people up behind me. She then laughs at me and says “I’ll be sure to tell my manager”.
i found a cockroach in my burger like 2 seconds before i took another bite thank god but i'm definitely not eating kfc for a very long time
I work delivering orders, and today I waited for more than 15 minutes for a simple order. I arrived at the restaurant and I see the order on the screen and it says that it goes on hold for 13 minutes, they tell me that they are preparing it I asked twice more and they gave priority to those who came to order in person, whenever I have to accept orders from KFC it is wasting a lot of time waiting.nnI don't recommend ordering from KFC
