Friendly service. Ordered 2 kebabs & small $7 chips. Totally $38 can not complain about price. Chips would of happily been enough for 3 ppl. Had right amount of salt and were hot & fresh. Kebabs were also very good, on the larger side which was nice. Happily go back there. Yes I am local.
Awful. Expensive never will eat there again. When former owner left went down hill. I was told if I wanted salad I'd have to pay extra $2.00 for every different salad. I said no thanks. The calamari were too oily and chips over priced. I eat from kebab shop in Smithfield - previous owner - serves excellent food, fresh salad and friendly service.
Ordered 2 doner kebabs and 2 chicken kebabs yesterday and all I can say is WOW!! My family and I literally flew from Melbourne to relive this kebab experience. Honestly, 5 stars is just not enough. I have never eaten a more delicious kebab in my life — fresh, crispy bread, fresh ingredients — topped off with amazing service. I will never enjoy a kebab more than I have here at Trinity Beach Kebab House. This one is definitely one for the bucket list !!
Asked for 2 pieces of crumbled fish and medium chips. Get home there is one piece of fish and it had that much salt on it we nearly not eat it. Chips were ok. Use to be a great shop. Last 2 times with new owners has been pretty average. Never again!
Used to love this place and the former owner treated everyone with respect and remembered your name. Tried to call on a Wednesday around 6.30pm and phone kept going to message bank. Thought they may be busy so drive down there. Four people waiting and shop was empty. Walked in….not acknowledged…kept talking in Indian to his wife….only two tickets waiting….I waited for five minutes and then walked out when I read the prices. Went to Campus Kebab shop and met with a hello and a smile. Ordered two HSP and saved myself $5. Never going back
What can you say about this little hidden gem! It doesn't take much to provide good customer service and you can tell from the moment you are greeted to having your neatly packaged food order walked out of the shop to where we were standing outside that this owner and his staff care about their business and customers. I cheekily asked how was the food was as the shop smelled amazing and he said with a knowing smile "it's good mate". I would have been ok with mediocre food given the great service but the chips are probably the best I have ever had from a take away - anywhere. Everything was cooked to perfection and the slightly golden colour that they add to the batter is very cool. The kids loved it! Fat, thick crunchy chips. Perfect dim sims and thick crunchy potato scallops. This is all we ordered today, so while we are here in Trinity we will be going back to try the kebabs. You won't be disappointed coming to this shop.
One of the best HSP that I have ever had. Too Good!
Great selection of unique items. Portions were generous and everyone left satisfied and happy. It was nice to have somewhere with lots of different options so no one had to compromise.Food: 5/5
New management. Cold tastless kebabs. Chips soggy. Amature staff. Been going for years and new management don't know how to cook and employ kids not chefs. Nothing against kids, but not a good place to learn and gain experience.
Wish I could do half a star. I just rang up to see what time their operating hours were on Christmas Day only to be rudely answered with a blunt “ 5:30, you want to order? “ when I replied “I was just checking what time you closed” the lady hung up on me. Abysmal service and from what I read from other reviews foods about the same. Since the new management this place has taken a swan dive. Good luck to them, merry Christmas.
