Amazing food, with very generous servings and great flavour. The atmosphere was great, even on a rainy night. The service was awesome, my only comment is that we were not offered a desert menu or takeaway boxes so we saw ourselves out to pay. It was a 9.8/10 experience overall.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at L’unico Trattoria Italiano! Everything was perfect – from the cozy, authentic Italian atmosphere to the professional and friendly service. The food was flavorful and clearly made with care. The pizza and pasta were especially outstanding – truly irresistible! The staff were lovely, always smiling and ready to help with anything. This is definitely one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve visited in Australia. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending it to my friends!

Had an early breakfast date with my wife for her birthday. A gorgeous morning indeed, we had made a booking, greeted very nicely. The coffee could have been a little warmer, but nonetheless, my big breakfast was probably the best I've had in Cairns. Not cheap, but a good-sized portion, and they delivered it with a smile and as ordered. The venue was really lovely, assisted by great weather.

Amazing food from their pasta to their pizza, with lots of choice. the prices are worth the food, with the pasta if you only need the smaller size, which was enough for a full meal. Ocean views were at almost every table, and large fans to keep the heat down as well no aircon

My partner and I went here for lunch, this was the best lasagne we have had in a long time and the pizza was also great. The crust was perfect and base was thin and crispy. Service was friendly and fast. We can’t wait to come back here soon
