Let me start by saying that I’m not a massive fan of exercise and have never been able to stick with anything. F45 has been a turning point in my attitude towards fitness. I now genuinely look forward to working out. Aside from the physical benefits which were noticeable after only 5 or 6 classes the dramatic improvements in my mental health have taken me by surprise. My outlook is much more positive, I have far more patience and I am sleeping much better.  F45 make working out so easy. The workouts are challenging, and being so fast paced I manage to stay in ‘the zone’ and the classes are over before I know it. I love that there are no mirrors and being that it’s a circuit, you are so consumed by what you’re doing, there is no time to worry about what anyone else is doing and no chance to compare yourself with others. The music is often pretty good too!

Always excited to come to my F45 classes.  Love the music & team spirit. I've met like minded people who are inspiring & motivated.  The trainers help with your technique & have an excellent knowledge base.  I'd recommend F45 Northern beaches to all regardless of fitness levels

F45 Northern Beaches is unlike any other gym I have visited in cairns. The equipment is new, the space is huge, and the trainers are so welcoming. Joining in January changed my whole outlook on fitness and I am now not only the size I have wanted to be but the fittest and healthiest I have ever been. From the first phone call I felt like I was a part of the team and I look forward to training at F45 Northern Beaches every day ! Do yourself a favour, stop putting off what you deserve. Call them, join them, love them!

I have been going to F45 Northern Beaches for just over a month now & it has been absolutely amazing. I have noticed a big difference in my fitness in such a short amount of time. Every session is different so it keeps it fresh & the trainers are always there to help if needed. Highly recommend

I truely love going to every class! The team are so welcoming and so are all the other participants! The workouts are fun and the time flys by. I used to spend hours in the gym, most of it walking around trying to decide what to do next which resulted in lack of motivation and giving up after a few months. It’s so good to rock up and not have to think about what exercises I’m going to pick. Honestly couldn’t recommend it more!

I love the vibe! Since I joined I've been feeling really motivated to keep exercising and the trainers all have positive vibes and really encouraging but not too pushy when I'm feeling fatigued. I'm really glad I joined.

I was quite anxious before I started my first F45 that the sessions would be too tough and were only for people who were already super fit, super sporty. But I have enjoyed every session at the beaches studio and never felt out of place.  The F45 workouts are tough but so satisfying and seem to just fly by.  If you have been thinking about giving it a go I would recommend you check it out.

I love training at F45. They offer a great variety of classes, the trainers are very knowledgeable and ensure that you're doing the exercises with correct technique. I feel very supported and motivated in such a friendly environment and would highly recommend to anyone wanting start or continue with their fitness journey.

I highly recommend F45 Northern Beaches. TJ and the team are encouraging and motivating. There is a great fun vibe, high energy and its a lot of fun. It does need to come with a warning though ***HIGHLY ADDICTIVE***
