Would not recomment this fitness gym.
Never shown the proper use of equipment. 
Stuck in a lock-in contract for 12 months. 
Have called and have told me someone will get in contact with me and never do. 
Overly priced, considering. Now that there is another gym in Smithfield, I definitely will not be renewing my membership.

Been coming here for over 3 months now and just want to say a huge thanks to Brooke I didn't no she was the manager until just recently but she is certainly an asset to anytime Smithfield she is always friendly and helpful which I haven't found with any others here  again thanks for the effort you put in it keeps me coming back .😀

Great place to workout, never too crowded. Huge amount of space and plenty on different pieces of equipment. Lots of parking and clean throughout.

I don't usually post reviews but this gym has motivated me to starting my fitness journey 
Love the setting; especially the lighting. Not too dark. Great equipment too. :)

Amazing facility, brand new equipment and a great range, huge layout and the friendliest staff located just 300m from the shopping center as well. Love this gym
