"Sorry, we are not accepting any new patients."

I don’t normally make a review on a business good or bad but I have never had such a bad experience like I have had at this place !!  I seen a woman by the name of Dr Keya Banerjee.  I could barely walk in as I was in chronic back pain and this place was the only doctors I could get an appointment with.  She said she would not give me medication of any kind for my back unless I found out what other doctors had prescribed me!!!!  I literally had to track down my last doctor and find out what anti-inflammatory and pain tablets he prescribed so she could weight me a new script !!!  I called ahead and ask the receptionist to get my CT results of my back scan from my last visit to the doctor as well.  When I ask her could she take a look she said she could not get access to it then i told her it was at the front desk she then told me she only has 12 mins to see each patient and that she wants to have lunch. It was an absolute JOKE!!!!  Then she was saying that she would not help me further unless I would agree to come back again.  I hope this message finds you Dr Keya Banerjee, people who have sudden back pain pop up or any situation where they need simple prescription medication can’t wait for weeks to see a GP of their choice !!!   We take whatever appointment we can find as we are after pain relief!!!!  The fact that you could not diagnose a problem and prescribe a medication says a lot about your integrity as a doctor.  This review is not a reflection on the business as a whole however this one person and they way she conducts herself should be address as I will never return to this place as long as this woman has a job there !

After going to this clinic for 9 years, I am done. Policies change without notice. It is a two week wait for an appointment. High turnover of doctors.  Doctors have complained to me about Appletree's pay. The last straw was refusing to renew a prescription that I must renew each month without seeing the doctor, and having to wait two weeks for an appointment. It does not matter that I will run out of tablets. To heck with patient well-being. What seems to matter is that they make more money if I go there every month. Never again. Not recommended.

I have been seeing Natasha Crees for about a year now. She is so easy to talk to and although not all doctors are able to find the problem, she does everything in her power to help find a solution. The reception ladies are so nice and the ladies in the operation room are truly legendary.

Dr Eison is the best doctor I've ever been to. a lot of other doctors just want to get rid of you as soon as they can and think your symptoms aren't as bad as what you tell them. however Dr Eison listened to what I had to say and after 8 years of mental health problems guided me down the right path and I am now getting help for something I didn't think anybody could hep me with.

First time at centre, loud & noisy. Sat and waited patiently for over half an hour for my appointment. Finally approached the desk and was told my doctor had an emergency to attend. Someone could have told me this? Would you like to reschedule I was asked "No thanks" I replied after wasting an hour to drive there.

Fantastic medical practice.  Gps take the time to listen, problem solve and are outcome focussed.  I have seen several of the doctors here and I would say they are among the best in Cairns.  Also, excellent with children

I saw Dr McLeod. He listened carefully and sympathetically. Explained my problem to me in simple language. He was thorough. I had seen 4 other Doctors previously. He gave me the advice and assistance which provided immediate relief for my particular problem. I would recommend him as  experienced and helpful Doctor I have seen.

Very professional, great team of Doctors,Nurses,Podiatrist,Blood Nurse & Reception staff. Lovely bright decor very clean and lots of parking space.

Every doctor I've seen here is fantastic. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming, would recommend this place to anyone!
