So grateful to all the attentive kind compassionate staff who helped me yesterday.  Beverly on reception was so lovely and really listened she could see I needed to see the docter although they were fully booked and I walked in she straight away  organised a doctor to see me . The nurse Amanda and Dr Sidonie were incredibly compassionate and took their time to help me with my eye thoroughly treating and testing . Their friendly calm nature was so appreciated especially being on holidays by myself and never been to the clinic before . Being from Melbourne I realised what a lovely community feels like compared to Melbourne where I would have had to wait a week to see a doctor or go to the hospital. Thankyou  for helping me get back to enjoying this beautiful place and feeling so much better

We were recently on holidays in Palm Cove, and my little 2 year old spiked an unexplained fever for a few days. Being away from home with no car and no improvement in her condition, I was panicking and called this surgery based on a recommendation from our accommodation. They got us in on the same day, and Dr. Robert was such an angel. He was gentle, kind and extremely thorough, and obviously has extensive experience looking after littlies as he knew exactly what to do to keep her calm and happy whilst he checked her out. He was even prepared to fit us in later in the week before we were due to fly home if she was not improving. Luckily, she picked up in the following days. We just wanted to say thanks so much for the care and compassion you showed us - it's not easy having an unwell child so far away from home, we were very lucky to have such a great experience.

We attended today and received treatment in the treatment room. Dr Jack and his nurses were fantastic as were the reception staff. Great patient communication, and the friendly team put my anxious teen at ease! Thank you so much for your help today!

I was so impressed by the service we received at this clinic. We were visiting Palm Cove & my mother 91 & with dementia needed to see a doctor. Naomi on reception was very helpful and Dr Adam was so kind, thorough & understanding. My father said he wished we had her down in Melbourne!

Partner had a very infected toe. Was seen the same day. Needed review 2 days later as not improving. Seen immediately given iv antibiotics and cleaned out. Appointment for tomorrow for same. Doctor, nurses and receptionist were great friendly and really looked after us. Highly recommend
