Overcame my laziness and renewed my motivation for exercise with the help of Ramez and Sallie. Not only do they have an indepth knowledge of the mechanics of health and fitness but they understand the drivers of individual motivation. I rocked up on the first day for a bit of a jog and before I knew it my drive to improve my health and fitness skyrocketed. The name "Alive" suits this business perfectly and you couldn't meet a nicer pair of people to spur you on.

I visit Palm Cove regularly throughout the year and have done so for many years. Over time, accessing the suite of services offered by Ramez and Sallie at Alive Health & Fitness has become a feature that I build into every visit. Training with Ramez at sunrise on a beach that rivals anything anywhere on the planet is an experience I recommend to all, irrespective of age or fitness level. Ramez has, in my experience, a truly unique ability to engage, to motivate and to inspire, and is adept at tailoring any given session to the individual's circumstances whether training one-on-one or within a larger group. Ramez's calmness, warmth, knowledge and genuinely open heart is matched only by his ability to find humour in the everyday, which is a core feature of his ability to connect sincerely and effortlessly, and through doing so ascertain an individual's goals and determine how best to coach those who utilise his skills to challenge themselves to consistently work toward those goals. Friday morning Boot Camp is must for anyone visiting Palm Cove, with the regular crew complementing and reflecting the energy Ramez brings to every session, and between yoga, rainforest walks, kayaking, local knowledge and everything else Alive offer I rarely, if ever, have need to look any further than a call to Ramez and Sallie. A visit to Palm Cove is enough to lift anyone's spirits; if you're looking, however, for this lift to follow-you home and to stay with you as your journey continues I encourage you to consider exploring yourself and the area with Alive.
