After having my first baby in late January I was very keen to get back into exercise. I joined the studio mid-March and wish I had been going to the studio throughout my pregnancy.  The instructors are lovely and extremely supportive. They have guided me through the different exercises to ensure I have the correct technique and don't harm my body post-pregnancy. I absolutely love going to the studio and feel great! I would highly recommend Cairns Pilates Barre to anyone!

I started with the Cairns Pilates Barre team in January & 5 months in I am well & truly addicted! I had never really participated in any form of exercise prior to this but at 18 months postpartum I was feeling physically & mentally not great so I thought Pilates would be a great way to start my health & self care journey . I was quite anxious being so unfit but every single trainer I’ve had is beyond supportive, kind & non judgmental. Janine, Cassie, Esther, Mel, Matt, Heather are all incredible at what they do. I feel so much happier since starting, stronger & more energy to keep up with my kids. My only regret is not starting years ago. Pilates is the best part of my day

I started reformer classes at Cairns Pilates Barre 2months ago to help with lower back issues and improve my core strength and am so glad that I did! Janine and Cassy are both amazing and I always feel so encouraged and supported in every class. The small classes allow for individual instruction and they are always different which keeps it exciting and challenging. This is definitely my happy place and after every class I feel so much better in the mind and the body

Pilates. Good for the mind, the body and soul. Have been a part of this beautiful studio for over 2 Years and in that time I have watched by body change for the better and so has my flexibility. I personally have a lower back issue and was scared to move it as I thought I might cause further injury. I joined Cairns Pilates Barre as I heard great things and they lived up to the expectations. After a few sessions my lower back feels incredible so you could imagine how I may feel in a month or a years time. I'm able to move it in ways I haven't done in a while which is fantastic. I combined gym and Pilates and have also found my abilities in the gym have improved! The instructions are very professional and welcoming. I would and do recommend Cairns Pilates Barre to all!

I feel such an incredible difference in the way I move, feel, stand, walk and especially dance. I am finally achieveing fitness goals, one step at a time, that have been working towards for a long time. The team here are absolutely incredible! You never know what sort of class you'll have so you're constantly challenged. The instructors are full of knowledge and constantly aware of your positioning so correct you if needed. For over 18months I've had issues with hip bursitis, gluteal tendonitis and an uneven pelvis. The team have worked with my limitations and I've now even stopped seeing the Chiropractor! So happy I made the switch to Cairns Pilates Barre ‍

I have been going to this studio for nearly 10 months now and I cannot praise enough how much the friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable instructors have helped me so much.  Besides helping me physically it has helped me mentally especially when I am able to achieve a technique that I could not do when I first started.

I've been going to Cairns Pilates Barre regularly for about a year now. I love that the classes are small; you never feel like just another number being churned through the door. The instructors all know their stuff and keep classes accessible, challenging and fun. The studio has a really nice vibe, and is an awesome little community of friendly people.
