Story

I'm a registered Nurse, certified Massage Therapist & Balneo Therapist, certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, a Medical Prevention Instructor (Medical Personal Trainer) and a Dr. Hauschka Beauty Therapist. Therefore I treat each client as a whole person encompassing diverse sources of problems and emotions and support them to find a balanced and healthy life style.
My main emphasis is to treat people in a very customised way. I offer a wide variety of massages, remedial, relaxing or deep tissue and you’ll get some stretching during and after the massage so that you’ll get the best out of it not only having a good time while you laying down on the table.
My rehabilitation classes are designed to use specific functional movements and supportive movements for the fascia. Having suffered a bad injury myself, I realised that there is a much better way of healing injuries by using exercises that build up muscles and improve the function of the fascia. The exercises have to be very precise and the amount of exercises and the repetition has to be orientated on the injury. It' s like walking on an edge. Too little wouldn't support the improvement and too much would destroy and make it worse. I run group classes but one on one sessions are also available.
In Germany, I owned a clinic specialising in different types of physiotherapy, with a gymnasium for instructing medical rehabilitation training courses, two Finnish saunas and a spa. Between closing down my business in Germany and immigrating to Australia, I worked as a freelancer at a Rehabilitation Hospital "www.gz-westmuensterland.de". There I got a lot of experience with patients who had back, hip, knee, feet and shoulder injuries. I also worked with patients post-operatively to help them with their rehabilitation. I'm very keen to bring all my experience into my customized treatments and sport classes.
As Dr. Hauschka Beauty Therapist I use certified organic Dr. Hauschka products which support the physical circle of the skin or teach her how to get back to be a balanced healthy independent skin.
