This practice is hiding behind their "duty of care" with extreme rules on seeing patients. Due to this they are actually failing in their duty of care, as people cannot get the proper treatment they need. Do yourself a favour and go to another doctors surgery.
Shockingly bad, miss what you ask them to check for, don't call with results, you have to chase them up and its never easy or pleasant. Go elsewhere even if you live close by.
I know you can’t get new patients but you can Waite my response please don’t hung up I’m sick I need to see doctor I never had bad people like you. Illness not spread by phone !
Dr. Olga is an amazing doctor. Cant speak highly enough of her. She is very kind and compassionate. I wish there were more professionals like her.
