I would like to give this review to Eloise at reception no matter how many times I’ve spoken to her she always exudes calmness and kindness on the other side of the phone - this is the second time I had to call back as a script didn’t make it to our phone, she handled it straight away whereas speaking to other staff I was left waiting for hours! When I came to pick it up again she was super polite and apologetic yet she just started her shift - love her vibe
I left this medical centre after receiving less than adequate consults and also general lack of care from the practice. Dr X Jiang missed a critical diagnosis following blood tests August 2020. For 7 months a chronic disease developed. On my last appoint with her, I mentioned an ongoing issue I now know was a symptom of this disease. Her response " thats a shame". No examination or care factor. They did care alot about an unpaid bill though. I had been a patient since 2016. The first thing my new dr picked up was this disease. And Kerry NO longer works at reception. Little wonder really
If you want medical help or to see a doctor I recommend going somewhere else.
I am an interstate visitor and had not been to this practice for years I phoned and got the bubbly happy helpful friendly KERRY on reception What a pleasant experience ..she had my records and booked me an appointment for the following day On arrival after the Covid checks were done she was very professional and made the visit a memorable one Dr Tim was direct and to the point .. He referred me to nursing staff who were both happy cheerful and attended to my needs with happy smiley faces...YES I recommend this practice Just to have professionals who can also be able to share a smile makes it a pleasant experience even though you may not be on the best of moods ..thank you to all but guess Kerry gets my.Gold Star... of course I would come back
