Thorough, kind,caring and a great sense of humour! wonderful person. I have just updates my posting...... I returned to the clinic today after booking an appointment online. No record! Drove from Port Douglas and had a copy in my car. The older lady was just so rude! Unhelpful,uncaring and the first time I regretted visiting the surgery! Mistakes happen but she was nasty. When I asked about getting my script from another Doc, she said she didn't know which doctor or when! I left without a script. Their reservation website is woeful and certainly needs looking at!

Today was the first time I have had a bad experience with the staff at Omega. Called to make an emergency appointment due to being bedridden with Fibromyalgia pain, only to be belittled because of my situation and told to go to Dial-A-Doctor. No compassion, no consideration for my position and no empathy at all. This young woman was rude and her demeanour was terrible. I guess another two days of intolerable pain until I can see my doctor is reasonable to her. Very disappointed

Pathetic customer service at front desk & an older nurse I spoke to. Certainly not interested in being helpful in anyway

I have my preferred doctors and they are caring. Their business hours really suits me as i can attend after work 5pm.
