2021-2022. 5 months of treatment at great expense, resulting in clinically confirmed misdiagnosis leading to hospitalisation and almost an amputation BKA. I have detailed medical records, copies of all pathology requests, hundreds of extremely graphic photographs and the hospital discharge report. Attending this clinic was the WORST decision I made. I found this Drs patient communication style to be highly offensive. Dr was also sent the discharge report which outlined the gravity of the situation and he did not even bother to acknowledge receipt. I am horrifically scarred for life. Again, I have hundreds of GRAPHIC photographs and ALL the documentation outlining my experience. I simply do not want anyone else to have the same experience I had. I waited 8 months before making this review. I have EVIDENCE of my experience at the hands of this Dr.

Dr Tucker is an exceptional practitioner. He is so caring, skilful and professional. He goes out of way to support your health needs, and communicates thoroughly!

Forget it, I have called several times and it takes 15mins to 20 mins to get through normally. First time, 30 mins went past and I gave up. Second time the pre recorded message says they are closed, during business hours on a normal working day! Third time the administrator answers and says she can't make a appointment because she doesn't know how. The level of incompetence is Asinine. I'm switching doctors.

I highly recommend Dr Lapenga for vein assessment, varicose veins and sclerotherapy. Welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. Totally professional. Modern and up-to-date knowledge and experience. Everything was explained. I had an assessment of the veins in my legs and options discussed. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Cairns. The best.

Are they even open any more? I've tried calling multiple times all during their stated business hours only to get a recorded message every time saying they are closed and that I should call back during business hours which I have do Sooooooo many times. I had a referral sent through from my GP 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them.

Dr Simon Tucker is a text book example of what a doctor should be. Polite, professional and genuinely caring. I can say that he is one of the most professional doctors I have ever dealt with and he goes ABOVE & BEYOND to look after his clients from my personal experience when seeking treatment for a horrific skin condition. Thank you.

Not recommend Was going in with hope and come out with disappointment. Was waiting for this appointment for two months sent by my GP to find out the skin solutions and why cause it. The doctor I saw not even read the reference sent from my GP. The advice and treatment are just as same as my GP nothing new. It's a waste of time and money.

I would not recommend this centre for skin cancer checks. After a basic visual check without use of video monitor to show high resolution image, i was asked to provide my smartphone to take photos of moles that were recommended for Biopsy. I followed up with another skin specialist for a 2nd opinion using high resolution imaging who advised that the moles identified did not need a Biopsy... however a definite candidate requiring a Biopsy had been missed.

I had IPL treatment to remove a number of sun-spots/freckles. It was quick, easy and worked just as promised. Terry Hall was fantastic -- would definitely recommend her.

Highly recommended Dr tucker for someone which suffers with hormonal acne has now haven’t had a pimple in months, so happy and confident!
