Great experience with most of the staff, only one nurse was rude when she called my name and I was gathering my things to get up she told me to hurry up, I understand there are alot of patients to see but It sometimes takes a lot of courage to attend certain appointments for people. However, my doctor I was seeing was very nice and made me feel at ease and comfortable she gained my trust and I felt good to return for follow up appointments (which is a big deal for me)

Great service! Very friendly, compassionate, and non-judgemental. Good value for the price, though I was confused about what was included and what was extra based on the website. Easy to get results over the phone.

I have been attending this group of doctors for decades. Going back to the old medical centre on Sheridan St. All of the doctors are great and have there own specialised field which really encapsulates a very wide variety of patients needs. I have a very complex medical history and only trust these doctors with my care. Continualy proving to me their expertise in their medical abilities. I can not speak highly enough about the whole team. Reception, nurses, QML staff and doctors. Next time your sick seriously give BRMC a call Regards Dave Kriedeman

Great service from phone reception to doctors care of duty. Having recently moved to cairns, it's great to find a local reliable team. Special thanks to Dr Arni for the extra research and time post appointment to ensure the right procedures in place for my little boy! It means a lot.
