My husband had an appointment this week & wears hearing aids & still finds it hard to hear so we explained that I go with him for all medical appointments. We were not impressed as we were told I had to wait outside even though the waiting room was empty. The area outside was exposed to the elements so if they require this they should supply an appropriate all weather waiting area with proper seating area.
I walked out of their today in tears. I would not recommend going to this place if yr a cancer patient as the one lady is extremely rude and insensitive to a cancer patient. I should have complained in January when I first went there, as it really got me down then and today was just unacceptable. Disgraceful that this woman is in this job role full stop. I would never go there again nor recommend.
Agree with so many other patient's and their carers, ridiculous that carers cannot come in and stay with patient's who need assistance. Told to leave and wait outside in the weather.
As someone attending a Cardiology practice for the first time, I must say I am very impressed with my experience to date. The facility itself, is clean and modern, with some very topical and interesting art. I love the Art Deco touches in the waiting room. The staff, including, but not limited to administration and nurses are truly lovely and are not afraid to share a smile and a laugh. It's very rare I find, in the present day to be treated to be treated as more than a number, but at Heart Rx this certainly wasn't an issue. Even having such pleasant first point of contact personal can change someone's day. This was more than exhibited, everytime I contacted the practice by phone. Thank You
Great service the Doctors and staff went out of their way to help me and probably saved my life.
Staff here are rather rude and very uncompassionate.
Found the staff to be quite rude to be honest.
