Loraine here. I also attended the recent 5 day juice fast and can't express my satisfaction highly enough. The changes in me are amazing. I have lost weight, lost emotional baggage and am feeling happy and clear to move forward in my life. I was amazed that after eating virtually nothing for a number of days I came out stronger and full of energy, as I experienced at my aqua fit class. I feel far younger than my 62 years; happier and a week on from the fast, still have high energy. I highly recommend it.

I have just returned from Janelle’s Seeds of Health fasting retreat and would highly recommend it. The “reset” was exactly what I needed. I have so much energy and feel ready to tackle new challenges coming my way. Every day was educational and I am now applying the things I have learned to my daily routine and I feel great. I was asked yesterday what had I been up to because I was “glowing”. That made me glow even more. Thank you Janelle and the team for helping to create a shiny new me!

One of the best Naturopaths I have ever been too! Janelle has an amazing amount of knowledge in healing and reversing health conditions naturally and simply. She has a gentle and nurturing approach that inspires and positively supports you to want to make the changes needed to improve or regain your health. I always leave from my visits with Janelle feeling uplifted and empowered. I highly recommend her.

Janelle Twine offers a refreshing service, with a strong focus on the best outcome for people. Her knowledge is vast and her approach is complete covering all areas of lifestyle and giving the tools to change lives in a permanent way, not just the quick fix. I would highly recommend Seeds of Health to anyone wanting to make serious changes in health.

I visited Janelle at her beautiful new Seeds of Health wellness centre in Stratford yesterday for some advice & support with treating laryngitis. She has a very caring & nurturing nature, backed up with an incredible knowledge of and passion for herbal medicine. Thank you so much for all you helpful advice and healing herbal tincture, my symptoms are easing already!
