I recently enjoyed your traditional spicy peppy paneer pizza, and it was fantastic! The base was perfectly soft and delicious, with generous toppings and sauce. Just a friendly reminder to keep smiling at customers, even during busy times! Thank you for the great pizza and service!
Food was so burnt. I had to scrape the burnt bits off the garlic bread just so it was edible. My son who is vegetarian found a piece of meat on his cheese pizza. Very disappointed.
I think I'm officially done with this place... Tonight my Cappriciosa was missing ham and pepperoni, not one piece of either. It was literally a pizza with olives, anchovies and mushrooms with the added chilli flakes I requested. This place is so hit and miss and inconsistent it's ridiculous.
Absolutely disgusting! I’d suggest to allocate a new manager for this store. Very unprofessional and lacks customer service. I hope the manager who I spoke to over the phone can maybe get some further training based on customer service at the least or should be fired. A young boy who had answered and needed help to attend to my issue, asked me to wait on call as the manager was shouting and arguing with either another customer or employee I could also hear it in the background. Then continued to answer with the same aggression over the phone and refused to give her name and also refused to refund my order for their poor service. Oh and my sundae ice cream was literally orange!!
Absolute legends!! They kept showing up without hesitation every time we asked for free pizza donations for the victims of the floods. They even delivered them out to the community for us to hand out.nnPole were so so happy with their pizzas and appreciated it.nnPlease supprt them. Awesome community members
