We needed a part on A Saturday and were trapped by the main page of the web site Saying that it is OPEN UNTIL 3pm!!!
Unfortunately that's concerned The Car Shop.  But We talked about it to a (sales man" He was sorry for us Tried to see if someone was still there (NO luck)...We live far..Few days later I sent a Friend a young mother with a baby to buy the part for me and She was really impressed as she went to get the.part for her like this she didn't have to pull out the baby from the car etc etc ..Amazing service Thank you to you all.

Terrible service, overpriced, charge you for things they do not do. Ladies - I recommend your partner or male go with you as the older gentleman at the service department is rude and arrogant and treats you like a dumb female. The female at the reception however is polite and helpful. I didn't purchase my Subaru from this dealership and my service costs are always $200 more than my friend who purchased the exact same car in the same year but purchased her car from this dealership. Have had problems with the Bluetooth disconnecting and the buttons on the steering wheel not working ever since I bought it but this dealership continually doesn't fix it and says it's my phone and can't diagnose a problem which is an apple and should be compatible.. from what I've googled many other people have had the same problem with their Subaru Bluetooth connectivity but clearly this dealership doesn't know how to fix this problem not want to even try to assist (probably because I didn't purchase it from them). For this reason I will now be travelling further up the coast for my next service and will then be selling my Subaru due to the poor service and treatment I have received in my dealings with this dealership.

After initially have some bad service. I had the manager from the dealership get in contact with me directly. After constant communication things finally did get sorted out. I was pleased with the effort made by Jamie and Ben to help sort out this issue that had previously not been handled right a few months ago. 

Gladly all has been sorted.
