I was very happy to see that Sean and Phil are at the Ferry Road Office. This is the A team as far as buying a used car goes. I recently purchased a used Rav 4 as the family is expanding (new baby). The team which also included Dan was just a pleasure to deal with. No hassles ... no hard sell ... no tricks ... just wonderful family people giving wonderful service. It makes the process of purchase and finance so easy. Toyota Finance are extremely competitive. I would not ever consider another dealer. We are on to our second used Toyota purchase and extremely satisfied.

1 star (just to be able to post this review) - No stars at all. When in September 2017 Toyota service department completed their investigation to my car, I received fully comprehensive report stating: located noise with the belt tensioner assembly and a new belt tensioner & drive belt was supplied and fitted. Cost $780. Unfortunately, replacement of those two parts did not eliminate noise and engine was running with the same squeaky sound. (I have confirmed this by recording video and sound). Car was returned to me with unchanged condition. After unsuccessful attempt to fix my Aurion I opted for a second assessment. Issue in my car was identified (without any special testing equipment and $780 charge) in one minute by a local mechanic. My car is now running very well. The advice stated on Toyota invoice that rattle noise is only minor was completely rejected by another car mechanic where the correctly faulty part if not replaced would cause more damage and repair would be much more expensive. Below I am attaching the response letter I received from Toyota Service department: I have approached the service manager, I cannot blame the work shop for this fault. I can only apologise that you feel we are responsible for this. I promise you if it was something we had damaged or caused we would have repaired it. James. James is saying that for replacement of two non-defective parts in my car to the value of $780 the work shop cannot be blame. The question is - who is responsible and accountable for this mistake? James is apologising for my filling. It is very odd and strange statement I ever received. As James and Servicing Manager are not responding any more I am under strong impression they just prolonging this case to see how long it can delay before I go away. Janusz

Great Service and reasonable with cost of repairs.Would Recommend in relation to Toyota Servicing.
