Stayed here for a week. Rooms and facilities are exceptionally clean. Staff were so helpful and nothing too much trouble. Well situated and easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
Well this was a lovely surprise. My son booked our room and I was a little dubious, as he hasn’t travelled as much as I have. Anyhow as he was paying, I was quite happy to accept any accommodation. The rooms were spacious and spotless. As the motel was built a fair while ago, the rooms must have just been renovated as everything inside was modern and as I said earlier, spotless.nThe motel is just a couple of blocks walk from the esplanade and food. I will be staying there again. The manager, Denise, was very helpful and lovely. Thank you, Denise.
My wife and I have stayed here on two separate occasions. The first time was late January 2023 for three nights, and more recently on the 1/6/2023. We are so impressed by this motel. It has had recent, well thought out renovations. We appreciate the large rooms and space to put luggage and spread out. Clean! Even the car parks are clean! The décor is welcoming, calming, and bright. The managers, a husband and wife team, are friendly and it is clearly evident they take pride in perfection. The beds are comfortable …the right amount of firm. The rates are great, good value. We have stayed at a lot of motels, and this is now our 'go to' preference when staying in Townsville.
Cannot overstate how wonderful Denise and her lovely husband were. Great service, gave advice for great places for food, were super flexible and accomodating when I asked about the possibility of extending my stay.nnRoom was clean, spacious, well maintained. Shower had fantastic pressure, Aircon was flawless.nnAbsolutely will be my go-to in future visits.
We stayed here over New Years and it was such a fantastic location. We had nothing but good vibes from Denise and Ian and the rooms were exactly what we were after. The rooms stayed extremely cool and the showers were fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here anytime of the year as it is only a few streets away from the beach and a short trip from the airport. We couldn't say better things about our first experience in Townsville and we were made to feel very welcomed! Denise even let us use the facilities later in the day when we had already checked out as we had a late flight and wanted to freshen up. Absolute gems of people. Stay here if you get the chance!
