We spent a week here. The room was spacious and really clean with a usable balcony. We had a sea view from our room as a bonus. A good basic kitchenette enabled us to make breakfast and the odd light evening meal. They offer a breakfast box to buy and cold drinks are for sale along with snacks. We used the pool which was fine although not huge. Pool towels can be hired for the week for a small cost. We hired a car and the staff were very helpful about parking in secure parking at no extra cost. All the staff were so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure to stay there. Tea, coffee and milk were refilled each day. Bed was comfortable and air-conditioning was effective. Location is good. On the beach and a short walk to a stinger free, netted beach area or a little further to a large netted rock pool (big enough for swimming in). A comfortable walk to the center, Aquarium, museum and ferry to Magnetic Island. Plenty of nearby restaurants, although not all are open everyday and most close at nine. A good value for money stay and would definitely go back.

Pleasant quiet motel on the strand across from the beach. Near coffee shops, food outlets and the Seaview Hotel. Room had small but amply equipped kitchenette. Room extremely clean.

Good location. No fuss check in. Decent bed. Large rooms. If you're a light sleeper don't get a room facing the beach. Didn't get a wink of sleep. The front Windows are not insulated. The bright hotel sign lights up the whole room at night. Not good when you are on business. Holiday, no worries.

Room was clean, beds were comfy, bathroom had a bathtub, which was nice. Solid place to stay the night.

Nice place in a great position, but they made a few errors with our booking & not accepting responsibility & blaming us. Also had changed our rooms without advising then charging more than quoted at checkout. I did not receive email confirmation of the original quote so had to pay the higher amount! Was not not happy!
