Receptionist where the best part of our stay, they did everything in their power to help us and communicated really well when I was distressed over a matter after a rough journey.nThe rooms have been newly furnished and it’s the nicest Quest I’ve stayed in.nGreat location in Townsville and rooms are very quiet. Comfortable beds, nicer laundry machines and effective blackout curtains. Highly recommend.
We spent a single night at the Quest as travelling through Townsville and a convenient location to spend the night.nBooking online was straightforward.nCheck-in was fast and managed by friendly and engaging front office staff.nLocation of this property is perfect with regards to access to cafes, restaurants, supermarket and the beach.nCleanliness. The reason for a lower score is that although the room was clean, the shower had a level of mould that seemed more than one would expect. A little more attention should be paid to this area. Other cleanliness aspects of the bathroom, and living/ bedroom areas were very good.nParking. Ample paid parking is available.nI do recommend this hotel where accommodation in this area is being considered.
Excellent location, very close to the Strand, across the road from Coles. Room was well appointed and stylish but smells of dog and the lift smelt of dog food. Guests should be aware that his is a PET FRIENDLY hotel which was a surprise to me. Staff and service were good.
Recently spent a weekend in Townsville and stayed at Quest. Location was fantastic - close dining and bar options with the Stand walking distance.nRooms were great, clean and modern. Comfy beds and good showers.nBest of all was the service - very helpful and friendly staff who made the stay even more enjoyable.nWill definitely be back and staying here. 100% recommend.
Beautiful hotel, in a great location only a few moments walk from The Strand. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the best partn... It was dog friendly!
