The location with handy access to services and the strand was great. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.nUnfortunately the room was quite grubby. Carpet dirty with stains, floor in bathroom needed a good wash, table had not been cleaned well and lamps in bedroom dusty. Outside patio table could not be used, falling apart. Bed was spacious and comfy though glad we had own pillows. I think over priced compared to other motels we stayed in on our journey.
I travel for work and have stayed frequently in Townsville. This was my first time here and it was perfect! The location is great - you can walk to anywhere on the strand. Supermarket is right across the road to get any supplies you need.nGreat little kitchenette with all you need to self cater, if thats what you want to do.nnCustomer service was great. I asked for my room to be changed, which they were very obliging and did as soon as they could.nnThe only small negative is the location of the pool as it is overshadowed most of the afternoon - so after work it was a bit chilly to make use of.
As part of organising a work trip I was required to call and liaise with hotel staff. I talked with Willow on the phone who was super friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me and get me the information I needed! Wonderful service.
Was very clean, the service of cleaning the rooms was great for the first few days, but then lacked over the last few. Much better than any other apartments in Townsville. Very quiet and great pool , gym and BBQ area. Thanks.
Beds were uncomfy- sofa bed was pretty much just springs not actual mattress and was on a lean and other main bed was also on a leannParking is terrible- car park had barely any car parks, had to pay $10 for parking that we didn’t even get to use, had to park up in a spare car park up the street
