We spent four nights, with a corner balcony apartment and it was brilliant. The apartment was very clean; contained everything we needed for a short stay; the location of the hotel is convenient and an easy walk to the shops or local restaurants; plenty of space in the secure parking. Would definitely stay here again.nnWhat really made it exceptional was the Reception staff. Kyllie, Whitney and Sarah really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, offering restaurant recommendations we tried 3 of the 5 - all amazing!. Sarah came to my rescue and even drove me to the airport when the taxi company cancelled on me last minute. Really lovely, friendly, and helpful staff! Thank you!
Our recent overnight stay at Quest on Eyre during our journey to Townsville for a funeral was made smoother thanks to Sarah's exceptional service. Despite reaching out via email after reception hours the night before to inquire about an early check in, I received a prompt response the following morning from Sarah advising that she was able to accomodate our request. Upon arrival at our scheduled time, Sarah efficiently checked us in and was very understanding and empathetic of our situation. We truly appreciate her kindness and assistance. Thank you, Sarah!
Worst customer service I have received in years of business travelling. Hotel and rooms did not look like on the picture. Location is not as described. Do not recommend! I was in contact with K. H. She is the Property Manager and never even tried to solve my problems. I felt not taken seriously.
I travel for work, months at a time and this Quest takes the cake! I wish I could stay here for many more months. Clean, homely, exemplary service from cleaning and front of desk staff. Beautiful facilities.
The apartment I stayed in was self contained & well equipped, clean & staff very friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Shopping centre just across the road.
