Story

The Comfort Inn Robert Towns is a 4 star property with off-street courtyard parking and spacious, well appointed guest rooms on two levels equipped with all the modern facilities. We have a fully licensed Restaurant and Lounge Bar and an excellent conference room ideal for business meetings for groups of up to 20. There is a beautiful 13 metre swimming pool with shaded seating and a children's wading pool. We have an on site Gymnasium with air conditioning and fans. We are also adjacent to the Castle Hill walking and running tracks. Wireless internet is available throughout the property at a minimal cost.

Stayed here for 4 days. Brilliant location, walking distance to all amenities. Motel grounds and rooms are spotless. Service was great. Rooms are spacious and shower is great. BBQ and pool area are fabulous. The only downfall was the laundry room closes at 6pm and there are no separate sinks to clean dishes.
Lovely kind people. Wonderful location. Will not forget your kindness with my stressful time, I truly appreciate your over and above efforts of comfort and adaptability for my stay. However, I agree with others, proper cleaning products to help keep things with hygiene for us, and help cleaners E.g, extra cloths scouring pad and chopping board, more detergents, spray and broom. 3 days without TV remote.nRoom is acceptable for price, need a better floor cleaning.nThe old lady staff was very friendly but not truly professional.nGood location, just walking to the city heart
The only good thing was that the receptionist was nice. All night we could hear yelling, swearing and the neighbour smashing things and slamming doors. Not enough Parking onsite, if you can't get a spot in the hotel you have to risk it and park on the street which you have to pay for. It's very old and out dated. The Bed was small and uncomfortable. The wifi was very slow, tv didn't work properly. Bathroom door was half broken you had to lift it to close it properly. Room smelt wet and musty and there was Mold everywhere but especially in the bathroom. Bathroom door had a hole in it. The shower took forever to heat up.nPaint was peeling and hanging off the ceiling. There were cracks in the tops of the walls and there was still rubbish in our room when we arrived.
Pet friendly and the staff are lovely. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have all the basics. Looking forward to visiting again during summer as the pool and BBQ area look amazing. The only issue is that the green area is a vacant block next door, and once that gets developed, there won't be anywhere for doggos to go on a sniffari with a grassed area.nUpdate: 31 Aug 24, have discovered a walk around the block includes up and down hills to exercise and explore the beautiful surroundings. Some stunning homes to gawk at and 4x walks daily will help walk off any junk food or booze. Pauline is to be commended for her personable nature and ability to work with a nutter like me.nBree and Sarah are part of the cleaning staff and are friendly, happy, and go out of their way and the extra mile to make one's stay/vacay great.
