Bunnings West Footscray

Hit and miss service at this Bunnings. Frequently missing items, poorly stocked. Key cut service is cheap but fails half the time. If you need stuff done, I suggest take a 10 min drive and go the the Altona Bunnings

I usually love going to Bunnings, but this particular store has the most unhelpful staff ever! They actually avoid you when you're trying to approach them; and even say "I don't know" when asked about their products instead of offering to find someone who knows. Frustrating!

Pathetic service In this store and you can’t even serve yourself because they refuse to open the self serve checkouts, choosing to pay some idiot to stand at the front door and say hello instead of being useful and managing he self checkout. Stood for 25 minutes waiting for somebody to cut some material for us after asking for help 3 times and being told somebody will page somebody. Another time I stood there in line while two guys complained about some other guy taking his break instead of serving customers. They’re all lazy teenagers with no interest in customer service and the store in poorly managed from a staffing perspective.

Paint section man was rude. They need to have more training in customer service.
